However, all transactions, communications, and engagements facilitated on ThrillPay are conducted directly between users and vendors. 2. To ensure payments or transactions initiated via ThrillPay are lawful, authorized, and free of disputes. Prohibited Actions: You may not: Use ThrillPay for illegal activities. Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality. Misuse in-app communication tools to spam, harass, or abuse users or vendors. Reverse-engineer, copy, or repurpose the ThrillPay app and services. 4. Vendor Relationships ThrillPay acts as a marketplace connecting customers ("users") with vendors ("businesses"). ThrillPay is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of vendors. Vendor-specific offerings, prices, and promotions listed on the platform are the responsibility of the vendor, and ThrillPay does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor content. Disputes between users and vendors (e.g., refunds, product issues, service quality) must be resolved independently between the parties involved. 5. Payments and Transactions ThrillPay facilitates transactions via integrated payment systems to streamline the commerce process. Users agree to: Pay vendors using ThrillPay’s payment features securely. Acknowledge that ThrillPay does not handle shipments, deliveries, or transactional logistics. Service Fees: ThrillPay may charge fees for certain premium features, such as advertising, analytics, or CRM tools. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before use. Data loss or damages resulting from technical issues, outages, or unauthorized access. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In jurisdictions where limitations are not fully enforceable, ThrillPay’s liability is capped to the extent permitted by law. 8. Intellectual Property All trademarks, app designs, logos, and intellectual property associated with ThrillPay are owned by ThrillPay. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not replicate or redistribute ThrillPay terms, systems, branding, or designs without prior authorization. 9.
